Kyelie Broumley, a Nacogdoches, Texas native, leads Novara Management with a strong focus on growth, leadership, and market expansion. While earning her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Kyelie worked full-time to put herself through school, developing the work ethic that still drives her today. Early in her career she was extremely shy, but stepping into sales pushed her to build the confidence and communication skills that would shape her leadership style.
Kyelie began her career in Corpus Christi before relocating to Orange County, California, where she helped grow a major market for AT&T and built a team in one of the most competitive regions in the country. She later returned to Texas to help expand Frontier’s presence and continue developing new leaders.
Today, Kyelie focuses on growing Novara Management, building strong teams, and creating opportunities for individuals who want to challenge themselves and grow professionally.
Outside of work, Kyelie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and continuing to learn about leadership and personal development.
